Studies from the past ten years that to get innovative, happy, and high-performing employees, long-lasting client relations, or attention from top management, it has everything to do with interpersonal skills.


Desired behavior from employees can no longer be forced nor encouraged through extrinsic motivators. Successful leadership of today and in the near future is driven by interpersonal skills. 

Therefore, our approach to leadership training consists of two interrelated areas to be explored and worked with: The leader as a human being and the leader in the role as a leader.


Why? Let us put it this way: It is with leadership as it is with expensive suits or gowns. If you don't understand the shape and size of the person who is to wear it, it will most likely not fit, and it will be uncomfortable to wear. The same goes for the leadership uniform. If we do not understand the person behind it, the leader will struggle to wear it properly and feel comfortable in it.

Our leadership training process ensures that the leadership uniform is worn perfectly and with pride.

Formats to choose from

  • An online development program: 4-8 weeks of online events, individual and group coaching, and facilitated on-the-job training activities. 

  • A blended learning program lasting 3-6 months and included in the organization's annual wheel. The program is tailored to meet the specific needs of the target group.

  • 1-3 days face-to-face workshops, including facilitated implementation in the months afterward.

  • 1:1 coaching: 5-8 sessions, including facilitated implementation in between.
