Why should anyone be led by you?

Studies from the past ten years show that to get innovative, happy and high performing employees, long lasting client relations or the attention from top management, it has everything to do with interpersonal skills.


Desired behavior from employees can no longer be forced nor encouraged through extrinsic motivators. Successfull leadership of today and in the near future is driven by interpersonal skills. 

Therefore, our approach to leadership training consists of two interrelated areas to be explored and worked with: The leader as a human being and the leader in the role as a leader.


Why? Let us put this way: It is with leadership as it is with expensive suits or gowns. If you don't understand the shape and size of the person who is to wear it, it will most likely not fit and it will be uncomfortable to wear. The same goes for the leadership uniform. If we do not understand the person behind, the leader will struggle to wear it properly and feel comfortable in it.


Our leadership training process makes sure that the leadership uniform is worn perfectly and with pride.      

Formats to choose from

  • An online development programme: 4-8 weeks of online events, individual and group coaching and facilitated on-the-job training actitivies​ 

  • A blended learning programme lasting 3-6 months and included in the organizations annual wheel. The programme is tailored to meet the specific needs of the target group

  • 1-3 days face-to-face workshops incl. facilitated implementation the months afterwards

  • 1:1 coaching: 5-8 sessions incl. facilitated implementation in between
