Leadership Training

Why should anyone be led by you?

Successful leadership of todays organizations has everything to do with interpersonal skills. If you want motivated, high performing employees, loyal clients, attention from senior management or an article published in you favorite newspaper you need to know how to encourage this to happen.

This training process develops strong, trustworthy leaders:

At its core leadership is nothing but a bunch of professional behavioral acts delivered by you as a person positioned in a professional role.

From recent studeis we know, that what people want in particular to feel motivated is freedom, acknowledgement and a continuous sense of progression. But how do you know when your leadership acts have generated this in the people you try to encourage? You don't. But you can learn how to make you get as close to bulls eye as possible.

The way we get there is via an inside-out approach. This means we work first with you, your core values, vision and preferences before we move to leadership tools and theories. Why? Because if you don't know the shape and size of the body how can you make sure the leadership uniform, you put on, will fit and make you look like your best self?

Different formats to choose from:

  • 1:1 coaching: 5-8 sessions incl. facilitated implementation in between each

  • 1-3 days face-to-face workshops incl. facilitated implementation the months afterwards

  • An online development programme: 4-8 weeks of online events, individual and group coaching and on-the-job training sessions

  • A blended learning programme to be included in the annual wheel of the organization and tailored to meet the exact needs of one or more levels of leaders in your organization.
