It is my strong believe and experience that people in general are at their best when their behaviors are driven from the inside. Leadership is no exception.
Therefore, this training is about empowering leaders with the newest tools and theories but from an inside-out approach.
The process in brief:
The training starts out by helping you investigate your inner fire. Who you are as a person and who you want to be as a leader. From here we have the optimal forundation to empower you in your leadership role which is realized through an introduction to different leadership tools and theories and how you can make use of them in regard to your role, responsibilities and organizational structure.
Training formats to choose from:
Depending on your or your organizations need, the following training formats are the most common ones:
1:1 coaching consisting of at least 8 sessions incl. everyday-implementation in between
1-3 day workshop incl. everyday implementation in the months afterwards
A development programme for a group of leaders. This will be integrated into the organizational annual wheel and established as a 2-6 months blended learning process.
